Over 40 photographs of Ernest Hemingway and his family and friends made available to the public to view in a gallery setting. Ernest Hemingway was an American journalist, novelist and short-story writer. His economical and understated style of writing influenced 20th Century writers. His adventurous lifestyle and his public image brought him notoriety until his death. The 40 photos on display are from a 2011 exhibit curated by two Italian professors. The photos are printed on metal and reflect the three times in Hemingway's life when he visited Venice and the Veneto region of Italy with his wife Mary. Some of the photos are from rare private collections taken by Hemingway's friends and never seen before.
