The Griffith Quarry Museum stands at the entrance of a 23 acre park with trails that meander through native California flora and past two historic granite quarries. The museum was originally the office of the Penryn granite Works founded by Griffith Griffith in 1864. The exhibits focus on the history of the granite industry and of the Penryn-Loomis basin area. The museum is open Saturdays and Sundays from Noon to 4:00.
